It work fine if I change the memory dimm from A slot to B. I'm a new entry in the "F8-F9 pushers fan club". Some if it does turn on then odds are that the solder joints on the bios chip (which is below the f7/f8 keys) are bad. Using this method, I now have resoldered the connector to its original condition.

Sometimes that is that the motherboard is grounded out to the chassis. a concrete sidewalk will crack. You do that by inserting a flat screwdriver in the upmost right corner of the keyboard (special screwdriver hole) and you pry it up so the plastic bar deattaches. Tried to reseat both memory modules.
I got so frustrated (and i have a new computer on the way anyway and just need this one working to transfer data) so i punched it right on the RAM I still need to push F7-F8 on power up and needs to be done when shutting down.
