I have a lot of experience with this problem. Nothing worked and when I took it out to try booting with my integrated graphics, I didn't get any signal to my monitor. If you know what you are doing you can try reseating the CPU in the socket to make sure all the pins are properly aligned. Problem started after shut down and reboot.

I have no option but to take the card back home. so it can not be graphics card. thanks! Most likely, it is the CPU, in which case you (or your local repair shop) have to remove the cpu and add new thermal paste and re-seat it properly.
